Individual Therapy
Emotions are our guidance system, we just need to learn how to listen
Welcome.
Each of us, at some point in our lives, can find ourselves in a place where we feel stuck. As a result, we may find ourselves engaging in harmful behaviours or often feeling overwhelmed by our emotions. My goal is to facilitate a shift in your emotional experience that provides lasting and meaningful change.
I aim to provide a therapeutic environment that is warm, non-judgemental and collaborative. I use evidence-based practices to help clients become attuned to their emotional needs which subsequently leads to positive change in how they interact with others. These include skills in how to increase their ability to set appropriate boundaries and repair relationship with their loved ones.

Who do I see? I work with adolescents, adults and families.I do not provide individual therapy for children under the age of 13.
Prior to booking a first appointment, a free 15-minute phone consultation is offered to assess for fit between therapist and client.
